Through the Website, KonaBazar offers a variety of Internet-based services. By using the KonaBazar service you agree to these conditions. Please read them thoroughly.
General Condition
By agreeing to these Terms you accept that you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by KonaBazar Policies. When you use our Website or Mobile App to purchase a product, we collect & store your personal information, which you provide from time to time. Our ultimate goal is to offer you a safe, efficient, smooth, customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet to fill your needs and customize our Website to make your experience safer, satisfactory, and easier. More importantly, while doing so, we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your information ( not including credit card information) may involve the following i) Transmissions over various networks and ii) Changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You agree not to replicate or otherwise reproduce, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any component of the service without our prior written authorization.
Eligibility
Only those who can enter into contracts lawfully according to the legal age limit prescribed by Bangladesh Government are permitted to use the website. You cannot register as a user of KonaBazar if you are a minor or if you are younger than the legal age of the majority in your province of residence. You also cannot do business on the website or utilize it. Your legal guardian or parents may use the website on your behalf if you are a minor and want to use it or conduct business there. If it comes to KonaBazar’s attention or if it is determined that you are younger than 18, KonaBazar reserves the right to cancel your membership and/or refuse to grant you access to the website. By using the Website/App you agree to the terms. If you’re underage, you must get your parent’s permission to use the Website/ Mobile App. By using the Website, you agree to a contract with KonaBazar policies.
Account, Password, Security & Responsibilities for Users
If you want to create an account on the website or mobile app, you must do so by entering your valid mobile number, or the information requested on the website registration form. Following that, you will obtain a password or one-time PIN allowing you to access the website and place orders. After completing the website’s registration process, you’ll be given a password and account designation. You protect the secrecy of your account, its password, and all requests made or actions taken using your account or password. You are accountable for keeping the security of your username and password and for any actions taken under your account. You must also limit who has access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account. If you have any cause to suspect that someone else knows your password or if you believe it is being used or is going to be used, improperly, you should let us know right once. You acknowledge that if you give any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to think that such information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date, or improper, you will be held liable. KonaBazar as a platform does not support or encourage multiple accounts owned by a single user even with different mobile numbers & reserves the right to restrict, deactivate or disable any account that might fall under any sort of abuse of the service.
Products
KonaBazar products can only be purchased online. These goods or services could be in short supply and can only be returned or exchanged by our return and replacement policy. KonaBazar has done all within its power to accurately represent the product in both its original color and size. However, variations in the product’s color or size may occur as a result of your device’s display settings, technical problems, and display discrepancies. Consequently, KonaBazar cannot guarantee that the actual product will resemble the display image perfectly. Your only option if a KonaBazar product is not what you ordered is to return it unused and by our Return and Replacement Policy’s requirements. Although we reserve the right to limit who can buy our products or utilize our services. We may, on an individual basis, exercise this privilege. We have the right to limit the number of units of any products or services we offer at any time. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to make changes to all product descriptions and prices at any time and without previous notice. We have the right to discontinue any product sales at any moment.
Product Description
KonaBazar tries to be as specific as possible. Some of the products sold by KonaBazar are self-produced and some are imported. KonaBazar does only guarantees its own manufactured products. provided that the product description or other material of any imported product is true, comprehensive, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. If the KonaBazar product is defective, your only option is to return it to us in unused condition.
Availability
All items pricing and availability are based on their current stock. If the product(s) and services you requested are unavailable, KonaBazar will notify you as soon as possible. If not, Customer Service will provide similar choices. As part of your visit to and/or purchase from KonaBazar, you declare that you understand that, due to the nature of the business, availability may vary even after an order has been placed. Customer Care will provide alternatives if the product is no longer available or if the choice is to completely cancel your transaction.
Pricing
The list price or suggested price displayed for products on KonaBazar represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, as estimated by standard industry practice, or as the estimated retail value. Even while every effort is taken to maintain the correctness of the prices stated on the KonaBazar website/mobile application, there is no assurance that they will not alter at any time without notice. Before sending your order, we will let you know if the pricing differs from what is shown, and you may choose whether to proceed with the transaction.
Payment Methods
When shopping from online retailers, choosing the appropriate payment option is crucial. KonaBazar will notify you after you place an order, and you are in charge of making payment for it. Payments can be sent to KonaBazar in several simple and practical methods. Multiple payment options are available on the Website for purchasing the Products. The following is a list of KonaBazar’s payment options: (i) Cash On Delivery (COD) and (ii) Card Payment. (iii) Online Payment Using Mobile Financial Service.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products are delivered in two general ways.
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery
Standard Delivery If a customer lives in the Dhaka and Chittagong City Corporation region, they will get their purchase using the Standard delivery option within 3–4 days (Some cases may take 6-7 days due to technical errors) after order confirmation. The initial delivery fee is Tk 70, and additional Tk 20 per kg will be added. Delivery outside of City Corporation within 4–5 days (Some cases may take 8-10 days due to technical errors) after order confirmation. It will charge 150 taka, and additional Tk 20 per kg will be added. Express Delivery Only in the areas of Dhaka and Chittagong City Corporation is express delivery within 48 hours possible. An additional shipping fee of 120 taka and additional Tk 20 per kg will be added.
Order Cancellation
In case of canceling the order, If the customer calls our customer care hotline number +880964292292 within 12 hours of placing the order and then customer doesn’t have to pay any amount. Also, if the status of the ordered product is “assigned to delivery” or if the product is not received by the customer after it has been delivered to the customer, then the customer has to pay the delivery charge only. Once your order has been canceled, you will get a refund in your designated account for payments made with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer. You will receive a full refund for your purchase.
Return & Replacement Policy
It is an uncommon occurrence for KonaBazar that clients do not receive what they expect. But occasionally we could fall short of your expectations because the circumstances aren’t always on our side. However, there is now a “Bond of Trust” existing between consumers and KonaBazar. As a result, KonaBazar has introduced the “Return & Replacement” policy to further protect and promote this “Bond of Trust.” where buyers may only return their goods if there is a problem (broken goods, incorrect goods, incorrectly weighed goods, etc.) with them. KonaBazar would provide you with fresh goods in exchange in that scenario. Because we think you have a right to a safe and reliable product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:
- It is within 03 days from the delivery date.
- All products being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and without any alterations.
- Products that are returned or exchanged are subject to inspection and verification by the KonaBazar’s staff.
- Our return policy does not cover damages brought on by carelessness or inappropriate use.
- Replacement is dependent on the Supplier’s stock levels. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked, if the item is out of stock.
- Please keep in mind that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge is not refundable and will not be reflected in the refund amount of your item.
Return & replacement reasons:
If your goods are defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please notify us within the relevant return window. Depending on how it is, your product could be eligible for a refund or replacement.
You have to claim the return of the product within 3 days. Sorry, a return isn’t possible after the 3 days limit. You can reach our customer service team for further questions.
Please take note that KonaBazar is not bound to return the user’s money up to the product status changes to “Returned.”
Return procedures: Contact KonaBazar Customer Care team by calling +8809642922922 or messaging at KonaBazar Facebook page within 03 days of receiving your order. You have to send the product to our office address. Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if a return is invalid, we will replace the product with a new one, or we will proceed with the refund.
Refund
KonaBazar makes every effort to serve its users. However, if for any reason we are unable to keep our word or supply the service, we will let you know within 72 hours through push notification, phone, text, or email. If KonaBazar is unable to provide the service and a refund is necessary, it will be processed no later than seven days from our acknowledgment. Once we complete the refund process we close the order from our end. Refund Policies:
- After we’ve finished reviewing your return, the reimbursement will be handled.
- Replacement is dependent on the Supplier’s stock levels. You will get a complete refund, no questions asked, if the item is sold out.
- Please be aware that the shipping fee and the Cash on Delivery convenience fee are non-refundable and are not included in the value of your order’s refund.
- There is no money to refund if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) since you did not pay for your item.
- A payment refund will be given if an online payment has to be completed again because of a technical issue.
- You can expect a refund any time during the next seven working days. Please contact us in writing if you don’t receive a refund within this timeframe, and we’ll look into it.
Orders Canceled Due to Fraud
We often check transactions for fraudulent behavior to give customers a safe and secure purchasing experience. KonaBazar retains the right to cancel any current, ongoing, and future orders without incurring any obligation if any suspicious conduct is discovered. Additionally, KonaBazar maintains the right to reject or cancel orders in cases where product prices on the website are inaccurate and stock isn’t available. Before approving any order, we can additionally need more proof or information. If all or any part of your purchase is canceled or if further information is needed to accept your order, we will get in touch with you. The amount charged to your card will be returned to your Card Account if you cancel your order after it has been charged. Any of the following circumstances might constitute fraud against the customer:
- Customer doesn’t respond to KonaBazar’s payment confirmation message.
- Customer fails to provide sufficient documentation for the payment details check.
- Misuse of a different customer’s phone number or email
- Invalid phone number used by the customer.
- The incorrect item was returned by the customer.
